MISSION UTI is a community and faith based strategy for attacking the plague of alcohol, drugs, and violence influencing our youth. METHOD UTI takes alcohol and drug awareness to a whole new level. • It provides strategies to combat substance abuse. • It exposes the spiritual impact of alcohol, drugs, and violence. • It provides collaboration between church, law enforcement, and community agencies/businesses. • It provides the true alternative through relevant means.
